Gold Sponsor of ACNEM 2023 on Long COVID

Navigating Symptoms of Long COVID with Integrative Medicine

Kaneka Corporation is proud to sponsor and participate in The Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM) Annual Conference held in Melbourne, Victoria on 29th – 30th July 2023.

With the theme ‘Long COVID: Navigating the Complexity, A Clinician’s Roadmap’, the conference aims to explore the complexity of long COVID, offering clinicians a comprehensive roadmap to simplify diagnosis and develop potential treatment protocols to help tackle this complex condition.

The world of nutrition and integrative medicine is constantly evolving with emerging research and new discoveries. The ACNEM Annual Conference, 2023 is significant for all modalities of integrative medicine and will bring together evidence-based content from international thought leaders on long COVID including Professor David Putrino, Dr Leo Galland, Dr Elizabeth Steels, Dr James Read, Dr Christabelle Yeoh, Dr Jason Kaplan, Professor Kerryn Phelps AM, Tracey Spicer AM, Anne Wilson and George Sondergeld.

ACNEM 2023 will combine plenary sessions and case study learning to provide attendees with a comprehensive understanding of the physiological processes of long COVID and practical insight into treatment strategies.

Backed by more than 20 years of research, development and testing, Kaneka Corporation is the sole manufacturer of the stabilised and regulatory-approved antioxidant supplement, Ubiquinol globally, manufacturing Ubiquinol with four principles in mind: Safety, Reliability, Quality and Purity.

Since its launch in 2007, at least 90 studies globally have revealed the potential benefits of Ubiquinol for support of mitochondrial health, intrinsic to the body’s energy production at cellular level and as a possible integrative treatment option for cardiovascular problems, and more recently as a part of a nutritional protocol for some of the symptoms of long COVID.

Kaneka will be a gold sponsor of the ACNEM event and Master Herbalist, Community Pharmacist and media health commentator and author, Gerald Quigley will be on the speaker lineup to share his knowledge and clinical experience in mitochondrial health and long COVID. We look forward to a transformative event, equipping attendees with the tools and knowledge necessary to address the complex challenges posed by long COVID and further advancing the field of integrative medicine.
